Training & Sensitization: The agency has qualified ADR Trainers well- equipped to deliver professional training in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

One such centre is the Flanker Peace & Justice Centre which was established under the Social Conflict and Legal Reform Project as a model for Jamaica and the rest of the world. It is presently being replicated in various communities in Montego Bay. The establishment of centres such as the aforementioned is done through affiliates and branches in 18 locations island-wide which serve as focal points for peace-making, conflict resolution and community development. The DRF also works in close collaboration with churches, officers of the law, courts, schools and businesses of the public and private sector in order to successfully carry out its mandate.

The School Suspension Intervention Programme (SSIP) exists as a vital limb of the Dispute Resolution Foundation (DRF) by supporting the goal of developing a peaceful culture in Jamaica. The SSIP targets at-risk young persons between the ages of 10 – 18 and provides them with child-friendly Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services and training.
